Credit Card and Personal Information Security
Is my credit card number safe?
Yes. We use an encryption technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encode your
personal information (such as your password, address and phone number, or your credit card
number) whenever you send such information to our database. This encryption technology protects
this information from interception by criminals and makes doing business over the Internet more
secure than using your credit card over the telephone or in a restaurant. You can tell that you
are communicating with our secure server using encryption by observing the small picture of a
lock that appears in the bottom part of your web browser.
Your personal information is stored in a secure database and is only available to you and
to your travel agent. Your credit card information is encrypted in our database, and it is
never fully displayed to your agent, to you, to your fellow account members, or anyone else
who uses our system. As an additional protection against unauthorized use of credit cards,
we also require that users of certain credit cards supply a Card Security Code (CSC) when
purchases are made on our web site. The CSC is not embossed on a credit card, nor is it
stored in our database, and is considered to be one of the best additional security checks.

Your personal information is stored in a secure database and is only available to you
and to your travel agent. When you make travel purchases on this web site we transmit some
of your personal information (such as your name and credit card number) to airline or hotel
companies as necessary to handle your purchase. We limit this transmission of personal
information to that required by the travel vendor.
